CUMBRIA Police have reported an accident on A6 Kirkland at the Peppercorn Lane junction.
Drivers are advised that traffic is heavy as emergency services attend the incident.
Traffic monitoring website Inrix posted: "Kendal - A6 Kirkland - Accidents. Reports of heavy traffic due to accident on A6 Kirkland both ways at Peppercorn Lane."
