CUMBRIA Police pulled over a van driver on the M6 near Shap after they claimed he was texting behind the wheel.
The driver allegedly swerved from lane two to three on the M6. A Police spokesperson claimed: "As the driver is already on nine points, he will soon be disqualified from driving.
"This is not worth the risk."
The police are targeting what they call the 'fatal four' - speeding, drink/drug driving, not wearing seat belts and using mobile phones while driving.
