Barrow Music Week has just announced its full schedule for the week-long event taking place next week.
The event will run from Thursday September 29 to Sunday October 8 with an extensive program of live music and performances across the town.
This will be alongside a music industry/education conference, Sing '23, to inspire young people, raise aspirations and provide opportunities to learn about career and leisure pathways into the music industry.
Headliners include Scouting for Girls, Paul Young, Lindisfarne, The Old Time Sailors and Sunbirds. The jampacked schedule includes an afternoon tea dance, soundbath, rap workshop and even a family rave.
Barrow Music Week is a creative collaboration between The Forum, North West Music Academy, South Lakes Rock School and various local organisations including Barrow Underground Music Society, The Meeting Place, TNT Records, The Derby and more. BarrowFull and Barrow BID are also key partners.
The week-long event is now into its third year after a successful 2021 and 2022.
