Summer is beginning to draw to a close and ideas to keep the kids entertained may have well and truly dried up for the last week of the six-week holidays. 

An escape room in Barrow featuring a room inspired by a Walt Disney film may be an option.

The colourful room inspired by Up at Break Free Escape Room is called Ascension and is described as perfect for beginners with a three-out-of-five star difficulty rating by the attraction on Rawlinson Street.

The room has proven to be a family favourite.

There are four rooms at the attraction. There is also ship-themed Laserquest within the complex.
