A 33-year-old woman who reported missing in the Barrow area last week has now been found. Officers issued an appeal on Friday, August 11 2023 after Danielle Black was last seen at 6am that morning.
She was last seen leaving the Travelodge on Walney Road wearing an ankle-length black skirt with a red floral flare at the bottom and a fleece jacket.
Cumbria police appealed to the public for information and also to Danielle herself to get in touch. A spokesperson for the force has now said: "Police can confirm that a 33-year-old woman, reported missing in the Barrow area, was located.
"Officers would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal."
