BEST of luck to Barrow’s favourite Lioness included in the starting lineup of England’s first Women’s World Cup match.
Georgia Stanway, 24, has been named in Sarina Wiegman’s starting XI against Haiti at the Suncorp Stadium.
The Lionesses’ have never played Haiti before, but are considered firm favourites to start their 2023 World Cup with a victory.
Since November 2018, Stanway has notched up an impressive 50 caps for her country, netting 15 goals.
The 24-year-old completed her move from Manchester City to Bayern Munich last season where she helped her side win the Frauen-Bundesliga.
