Barrow's first natural market is set to take place in the town centre on Saturday (June 17).

There will be over 30 guest stalls inside Barrow Market complementing the already existing traders.

The Milk Hut and Tractor, Wolftown gin and McMunchies Van are just some of the local company names that will be at the event.

There will also be several talks on conserving native breeds and local breed produce. McGoldrick's will also be performing live from 11am to 12.30pm and then again at 2pm.

Barrow Outdoor Market was originally created to help celebrate local produce and the people that make it. The natural market event has been created by Barrow Market Hall, Barrow BID, Rare Breeds Survival Trust, Westmorland and Furness Council, Brilliant Barrow and The Forum theatre Barrow.

The event runs from 10am-3pm. To find out more, visit the Barrow Bid Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/BarrowBIDCompany.
