A 67-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from driving for over three years.
Nicholas Pass, of Market Street, Ulverston, was found guilty of drink driving after a trial at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow.
At an earlier hearing, he had pleaded not guilty to driving a BMW on Market Street on January 8 while over the limit.
Pass was disqualified for 38 months and fined £483.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £620 and a £193 surcharge.
