South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN will appear in court accused of a drug driving offence.
Benjamin Pearce, 31, of Abbey Road, Barrow, is accused of driving a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, measured 3.1 microgrammes per litre, exceeding the legal limit.
The alleged incident took place on the A65, Kirkby Lonsdale, on February 11, 2023.
Mr Pearce will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 10.
