BARROW AFC manager Pete Wild has detailed what he is expecting from the visit of 'bang in-form' Sutton United this weekend.

The Bluebirds look to maintain the momentum from their 1-0 victory against Michael Flynn's Walsall last time out and make it five games unbeaten.

In addition, a victory against ninth-placed Sutton United, who are only three points better off than Barrow, at the SO Legal Stadium could keep the Bluebirds' play-off dream alive.

However, Matt Gray's Us are a side in form after going eight games unbeaten and winning four of their last five - a run that included a thumping 3-0 mid-week victory over struggling Crawley Town.

Ahead of the encounter, the Barrow boss discussed what he is expecting from Sutton United.

He said:"[They are] strong, physical, real clear identity of how they want to play, really good in both boxes and I think we are going to get a similar type of game to what we got off Walsall on Saturday but from a team that is bang in-form.

"We like teams bang in form because they will come and have a real go at us and give us a real good test. They are unbeaten in eight, won four out of their last five, it makes for a great contest on Saturday."

Wild also spoke about how he wants his side to approach a vital game in Cumbria.

He said: "We will go after Sutton, see what they have got. Let’s go and see what these have got and see challenges they pose to us and can we counteract them challenges and play our own style."
