THE heartbroken brother of the woman at the centre of a murder probe is hoping to give his sibling the send-off she deserves.

Holly Lambert was found unresponsive in the early hours of Monday morning in Ulverston’s County Square.

The 26-year-old, who lived in Ulverston and had links to Burnley, was due to marry her partner this year.

Cumbria Police arrested three people on suspicion of murder. All three have now been released on bail.

Holly’s family and her partner released a tribute, describing her as the ‘life and soul of the party, lighting up every room she walked into’.

Holly’s devastated brother Ben Lambert said his late sister was ‘larger than life’.

He said: “Holly was larger than life, and always had a story to tell. She was liked by everyone and she loved everyone she met.

“Holly always had a story to tell and was the most colourful person I've ever known.

“She could talk to anyone on a night out and made friends everywhere she went. Everyone in Ulverston knew her.”

Ben wants to give his much-loved sister the send-off she deserves – and hopes the community will get behind his family.

The Mail:

A fundraising page has been launched in Holly’s memory to help pay for her upcoming funeral costs.

Ben said: “Holly was such a happy person and over the top. This is why we want her celebration of life to be exactly what she would have wanted and we would like the community to get behind and help us give Holly the send-off she truly deserves

“We don’t really have a set amount. If no-one chose to donate we’d still try to give her the best we could which is why it’s set to £8,500. For people to help out it would mean a lot to the family and to show that we have support from the community.”
