South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court
A BARROW man is due to stand trial after denying assaulting a woman.
Daniel Charles, of Douglas Street in Barrow, is charged with criminal damage and assault by beating.
The 41-year-old is said to have assaulted a woman by beating her in Barrow.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence on November 28.
He is also charged with damaging a door belonging to the same woman.
He pleaded guilty to this offence on November 28.
Both offences are said to have happened on August 13.
Mr Charles is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court charged with assault on Wednesday (February 8).
