NATIONAL Highways has cancelled all three of the upcoming weekend closures, using the opportunity to review the plans before starting again next month.
There will, however, still be some more minor lane closures and other works today and into the weekend.
A69, from 7pm September 22 to 6am September 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A69 Carlisle Golf Club junction, Scotby -traffic signals to carry out Road Surfacing safely.
A595, from 8pm September 20 to 6am September 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A595 northbound and southbound, Parton to Whitehaven, Lane closures and traffic signals for GPR surveys.
National Hghways apologises for any delays caused by the works.
Speed Camera Van:
Cumbria Police have also released today's speed camera van locations.
Today our Road Safety Camera vans will be operating on the A590 between Brettargh Holt & Newby Bridge, the M6 south J35 to J37, the M6 north J40 to 43, the A6 between Penrith & Carlisle, the Penrith area.
