A MAN is due to appear in court charged with drink driving.
Yumit Yuzeir is accused of driving a Ford Focus on April 26 in Grange whilst over the prescribed limit of alcohol.
The 29-year-old, of Crellin Street, Barrow, is said to have had 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit if 35.
He is due to appear in South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Tuesday May 24.
