Candis said: "Stayed here for two nights this week, room was amazing, huge king size bed, very comfortable and with modern stylish bathroom, with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful. The only downside for me was that breakfast started at 7.30 and as I was working and needed to be at a conference for 8am, I need an earlier one."

We enjoyed the spa after a day walking followed by drinks in the bar/conservatory with lovely views out to the garden. All the staff were both efficient and friendly. My husband’s gluten free requirements were catered for both at breakfast and the provided packed lunch. Special thanks to Ionela who dealt with us at reception."

The hotels’ location was unreal and after over a 2hr drive to get there it was a very welcoming scene. The check in was swift and stress free and we were even allowed to check in an hour early. We had a lake view room and it was beautiful."

Barry said: "I was booked into this hotel on a work trip. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel very nice building. As soon as I walked in, I found the receptionist very friendly with a big smile and very informative, she said you’re on the second floor follow the signs, I did walk around the second floor a couple of times looking for my room which was up another flight of stairs, it’s like a maze in the hotel which appeals to me."
