Do you remember when you had your first pint and the exact place where you had it?

It’s always a special moment when we get to experience alcohol for the first time.

Barrow residents took a trip down memory lane last week after revealing the pubs where they had their first pint.

Bryan Wadsworth said: "The junction at the bottom of Duke Street and Ramsden Street in 1961, aged 15 my mates dad was the landlord at that time."

Gerald Andrews said: "The traditional underage pint at the Crow's Nest. A pint of mild bear because my thought was it would not get me drunk."

Andrew Fitzsimmons said: "York Hotel, Morecambe with my mates Joanne and My best mate Lee Carter, not saying what age though."

Catherine Gibb said: "The Miners arms Dalton in Furness."

Stuart Magnus said: "The Bay Horse in Hawcoat. It was Tennants Extra - amazing the things you remember. And No, I wasn’t 18"

Tracy HawdonwasSmith said: "The King Billy at Kirksanton, which was my home at the time."

David Blacklock said: "The back room of the Victoria pub in Hallgarth Street, Durham with older friends. I was 14 but have had the misfortune to always look 80."

Steve Haddow New said: "First legal pint was in the globe in Ulverston but underage pints I honestly couldn't say."

Aaron Jackson said: "The traveller's rest pub on Abbey Road I miss that place."

Alan Benner said: "I'd say probably the fisherman's club on Walney back in December 2006, I think that the 1st pint I had when I moved to the UK. Before that we used to drink bottles of lager in Malta pints weren't very popular then."

Derek Dickinson said: "Travellers Rest, Dalton Road Barrow. Carling Black Label."

Dave Prescott said: The Strawberry on my 18th birthday, definitely not when I was 15."
