A CANCER charity is running a six-week course to support people with a cancer diagnosis.
CancerCare, which has a centre in Barrow, is running the mindfulness course.
The course is designed to help people with a cancer diagnosis learn practical techniques to help manage worry, anxiety and stress.
It will be led by expert therapist David Faratian. The sessions are tailor-made for anyone looking to gain tools to help manage their feelings and emotions.
The one-hour sessions begin on Tuesday 3 May at 5pm.
