A Barrow takeaway app will be awarding a dream opportunity for one lucky young football fan.
Barrow Eats are asking for people to nominate a deserving local youngster (under 16) for an all-inclusive trip to Anfield to watch Liverpool FC.
The trip includes travel from Barrow at 6.30am on Saturday, April 2 tickets for one adult and one child in the Anfield Main Stand, a brand new home shirt for the junior and a free takeaway when they get home.
A statement from Barrow Eats said: "As part of our ongoing commitment to the local community Barrow Eats is looking to make a local kid's dream come true to watch their heroes play at Anfield.
"If you know of a local child who deserves this treat then please give them a nomination, they may have done something special, had a tough time, or simply that it would make their dream come true.
"We will then randomly select a nominee from all entries and get everything arranged for the lucky winner.
"Supporting local is such a key element for us at Barrow Eats and we are delighted to be able to offer this opportunity."
