RATED: Allithwaite Community Food Hub at St Mary's Church was scored a five
THE food hygiene rating of a community food hub has been revealed.
Allithwaite Community Food Hub at St Mary's Church in Allithwaite underwent a food hygiene inspection on January 24.
The hub received a top score by inspectors from South Lakeland District Council.
The site received a glowing report from inspectors, receiving a 'very good' for its hygienic food handling, a 'very good' for its cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building and a 'good' for the management of food safety.
