HEARING: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A BARROW man is accused of sending malicious communications to a woman.
Alfie Livingston, 27, of Schneider Road, is said to have sent electronic communication, namely calls and messages, to Georgia Wright, in whole or as part of an indecent or grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety.
The offence is said to have taken place between July 17 and July 18 2021 in Ulverston.
He will appear in court tomorrow.
