SPEED: He is accused of speeding on Lake Windermere
THE MASTER of a vessel will face South Cumbria Magistrates' Court today.
Lancashire man Mark Radcliffe of Crofton Road is accused of causing or permitting a boat to be navigated at a speed greater than 10 knots on Lake Windermere at the vicinity of Brockhole Visitors Centre.
The alleged offence is said to have taken place on May 29 2021.
He has previously entered a not guilty plea.
