HEARING: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A BARROW man will face a court after allegedly driving while disqualified.
21-year-old John Swailes, of Middle Field, is accused of driving an unregistered black and green trial bike on Millstone Road while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence on January 7, 2022.
On the same date he is accused of using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance.
He is also charged with failing to cooperate with a preliminary test, namely a Drugwipe, on the same date.
He will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
