CRAFTED: Hand-knitted art by LGBTQ+ youth group at Dropzone
BARROW Police have praised a youth group from Drop Zone who have been hard at work knitting.
The work is being done in collaboration with Cumbria Police's Neighbourhood Policing Week.
A spokesman for Barrow Police said: "Fantastic hand knitted art by the LGBTQ+ youth group at Dropzone.
"A work in progress for the last three months, almost complete!
"PC's Hilton, Nicholson and Hayes helped by securing some of the flowers and pom poms. Very talented knitters!"
Drop Zone provide diversionary activities, projects and drop-ins for young people aged seven years and upwards.
