A PROFESSOR and his laboratory of lunacy will put on a spectacular performance before a film showing in Barrow.

Professor Pumpernickel will be at The Forum on February 12, and his mission is to enthuse people of all ages and abilities about science in the hope of seeding future inventors, explorers, life savers and superheroes.

If you like fire, explosions, loads of mess and mind-bending magic, you’ll love Professor Pumpernickel.

Tickets to see Professor Pumpernickel cost £2.

After he's done, Bill & Ted Face the Music will be played on the big screen.

Once told they’d save the universe during a time-travelling adventure, two would-be rockers from San Dimas, California find themselves as middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfil their destiny.

This event is part of the Barrow BID Film Club, bringing family entertainment to Barrow's town centre.
