South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN accused of sexually assaulting a woman is due to stand trial.
Stefan Hincu is alleged to have sexually touched the woman without her consent in 2021.
The 52-year-old, of Harrison Street in Barrow, previously denied the charge.
He is to face trial at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court today.
