South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN accused of child sex offences is due to appear in court.
James Poddington, 31, of Earle Street in Barrow, is alleged to have committed three offences in February last year.
The defendant is charged with attempting to cause a 12-year-old to engage in sexual activity, attempting to cause a 12-year-old to look at an image of sexual activity and attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
He is to appear to South Cumbria Magistrates' Court today.
