TWO teenagers accused of damaging a BMW are due to appear in court.
Nia Atkins and Luc Peter William Richards, both 18, are said to have damaged Lee Alty’s car in Ulverston on July 8.
Miss Atkins, of Ramsden Street in Barrow, and Mr Richards, of Barrow’s Mardale Grove, are both alleged to have caused £624 of damage to the car, including to the bodywork and windscreen.
They are to face South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
