SOUTH Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
A BARROW man is due to appear in court for a trial after denying allegations of assault and theft.
David Sandham, of Titchfield Street, has been accused of assaulting a woman, namely Nicholle Jones, by beating her and stealing her phone on October 16 in Barrow.
The 23-year-old denied the allegations made against him in court on October 18 and the hearing was adjourned for the trial.
This is due to take place tomorrow morning at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
