The first male to pass the finish line was Sean Roberts in 18.53, second was Cameron Bell in 19.04, and third was Antonio Maggio-Poyntz in 19.45.

The first female to pass the finish line was Anna Donohue in 22.19, second was Amy Singleton in 23.51, and third was Sarah Bouffler in 23.52.

At Ulverston's Ford parkrun, 80 runners took part, with ten achieving new personal bests.

The first man to finish was Tom Brooke in 18.26, second was Owain Clark in 19.51, and third was Charlie Jeffrey in 19.55.

The first female was Jessica Bailey in a new personal best of 18.34, second was Marina Bailey in a new personal best of 23.01, and third was Megan Bamber in a new personal best of 24.19.

123 parkrunners took part at Fell Foot parkrun, with 14 achieving a new personal best.

The first man to cross the finish line was Andrew Bell in 19.34, second was Sam Pilgrim in 19.40, and third was Tom Gibbs in 20.27.

Isabelle Murphy was the first to finish for the women with a new personal best of 22.35, second was Rosie Speight in a new personal best of 23.58, and third was Jessica Slater in 24.04.

Over in Millom, 38 runners took to the course, with nine achieving a new personal best.

The first man to finish was Christopher Tully in 17.20, second was Max Hazlehurst in 18.27, and third was John Millen in a new personal best of 18.55.

The first woman to finish was Amy Tinker in 25.51, second was Lily Tracey in a new personal best of 28.41, and third was Val Gill in a new personal best of 29.21

Rothay Park parkrun saw 91 participants, with 10 achieving a new personal best.

The first man to finish the course was Jack Holman in 18.32, second was Andy Beavers 19.29, and third was Ross Bibby in 19.48.

The first female to finish was Emma Davies in 21.50, second was Helen Ashfield in 22.52, and third was Christine Burns in 23.00.
