EIGHT detached houses could be built on land up for sale.
Land off Hardy Street in Barrow is on the market for £250,000.
According to a listing there is permission to build eight detached homes or 15 apartments.
It has been described by estate agents Corrie and Co as a 'super investment' in central location.
