MAGISTRATES have dismissed a case involving a 66-year-old man from Lindale.
Roger Armstrong, of Tower View, Lindale, was accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a woman in Lindale on November 28, 2020.
Armstrong pleaded not guilty to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on June 7, 2021.
And during a trial at the court on Monday August 2, the verdict found Armstrong not guilty of the offence.
