THESE are the latest projects that have been submitted and now seeking approval in the Lake District National Park.

Demolition of two disused agricultural buildings and replacement with two cattery pens on Glassgarth Farm, Ings, for Mr and Mrs Dixon.

Demolish single storey rear conservatory, garage and stores and build single storey rear lounge, garage, utility and stores - revised scheme to include installation of sewage treatment plant (previous permission 7/2020/5114) at Brackendene, Lake Road, Coniston, for Mr Ingham.

Demolish existing rotten greenhouse and replace with new greenhouse of the same size on the existing curtilage at Calgarth Park, Troutbeck Bridge, Windermere, for Lake District Housing Association.

Internal renovation works involving some rearrangement of existing spaces. Creation of new window & door openings and new raised patio area at High Green Farm, Troutbeck, Windermere, for Mr and Mrs Laws.

Removal of three timber jetties; construction of new floating jetties and associated site works at Argosy Leisure, Ferry Nab, Windermere.

Prune one mature beech tree at Gale Rigg Cottage, Gale Rigg, Ambleside, for Mr Careful.

Re pollard two sycamore trees following branch failure into school grounds. Crown reduce one lime tree by three metres and crown lift to create a four-metre clearance from the school building. Re pollard one lime tree (suppressed by larger lime). Fell suppressed co-dominant stemmed Tulip tree. Remove deadwood from Oak. All at Ambleside C Of E Primary School, Vicarage Road, Ambleside.

Replacement of existing septic tank with new package treatment plant at Brackenrigg Lodge & Brackenridge Cottage, Windy Hall Road, Windermere.
