BARROW MP Simon Fell has called on people aged 21 or over to get their Covid-19 vaccine.
On Wednesday, the NHS announced that residents in England aged 21 or over can now book their jab, with Mr Fell now urging the age group to be vaccinated.
He posted on Facebook: “COVID jabs are now available to everyone 21 or over.
“If you’re 21 or over and not yet jabbed, book your jab today to help us all get out of this pandemic.
“Join the millions already vaccinated by getting the jab.”

Meanwhile, the government is expected to announce that care home workers will be required to have mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations.
The move hopes to protect the most vulnerable to the virus and will be confirmed in the coming days.
