A BARROW man is to appear in court for a trial tomorrow after being accused of using a device in his hand whilst driving, taking eyes off the road.
Darren John Bell, of Rawlinson Street, has denied the charge of not being in proper control of his vehicle, a skip lorry, on October 23, 2020 in Ulverston.
The 38-year-old will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court for the trial tomorrow afternoon.
