Online estate agency EweMove has arrived in Cumbria, with a new branch opening in Barrow-in-Furness.

The sales and lettings agency has branches across England, Wales and Scotland, but the new set-up at 111 Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, is the first in the North West outside of Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

Local businessman Daniel Turner is bringing the brand to South Cumbria, having spearheaded a number of successful ventures in the area.

He said: “Over the past year we’ve seen that just about everything is being done online, and buying or letting a property is no exception.

“EweMove has been one of the leading online agencies for a number of years now and has a five-star rating on Trustpilot. It makes total sense to bring it to Cumbria.

"Our phone service is available 24/7, viewings can be arranged any hour of the day, and we’ll involve the customer every step of the way.

“The customer can get out at any time if their circumstances change or they decide to stay in the property after all,”

The hybrid agency offer a ‘no sale, no fee’ policy and customers are not tied to having to advertise for a fixed period.

Mr Turner said: “When you enquire online about listing a property, you will receive a detailed breakdown of the property values in your area and other important information to help you make your decision.

“The personal approach is what we feel is most important to people, especially when moving house, which is one of the most stressful times in anyone’s life. We will ease that stress and help you get the best value for money at the same time."
