A MAN accused of breaching a community order is due to appear in court.
Aidan Luke Patterson is alleged to have been away from his home while he was under curfew for a total of 126 hours and 52 minutes.
The 28-year-old, of Tay Court in Barrow, is to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court for a hearing today.
