South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
A MAN accused of sexual assault is due to appear in court.
Leslie Thomas Gott is alleged to have sexually assaulted a man aged 16 or over on three occasions.
The offences are said to have happened in the Waberthwaite area in middle of 2020.
The 55-year-old defendant, of Seathwaite in Broughton, is to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday.
