NEW data has revealed the most expensive streets in Barrow-in-Furness.

It comes as the average detached property in Barrow is estimated to cost about £304,707 but some properties in the more expensive streets can sell for more than £500,000.

Using data from property experts, Zoopla, we've looked at where the most expensive streets in Barrow are and what it would cost to buy a house there.

Here are the five most expensive streets in and around Barrow, according to ‘Zed Index’ estimates (average property value) from Zoopla.

This is a rise of 1.29 per cent in the last three months (since January 2021) and rise of 10.34 per cent since 12 months ago.

In terms of property types, flats in The Gardens sold for an average of £79,038 and terraced houses for £142,350. This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.

The average price for property in The Crescent stood at £481,438 in April 2021.

This is a rise of 1.29 per cent in the last three months (since January 2021) and rise of 10.34 per cent since 12 months ago.
