A MAN has been accused of sending a threatening message.
Morgan Rhys Aughpin is said to have sent a threatening message to Mohammed Ramzan via Facebook to cause distress or anxiety.
The defendant is scheduled to appear before the bench at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court over the charge.
The 21-year-old, of Greenbank Road in Ambleside, is alleged to have sent the message on May 25 last year. He denied the charge at a previous hearing and is due to appear in court on Monday.
