A SEX offender alleged to have breached a court order has appeared before magistrates.
Leigh Bond has been accused of breaching a sexual harm prevention order previously handed down.
It is said that he breached the order by having an internet-enabled phone on April 13 and failed to notify the offender management team.
The 35-year-old, of Redshaw Avenue in Barrow, offered no plea to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court and is due to face Preston Crown Court on May 14.
