AN ASKAM man who allegedly perverted the course of justice by pretending to be another person is due to appear in court.
Timothy Jason Baker, of Duke Street, was also charged with driving in Swarthmoor without correct insurance, without permission of vehicle owner, without a licence and being over the drink driving limit . The 29-year-old will appear at Preston Crown Court on May 7.
