FOUR people charged over an incident in Barrow town centre are due to be sentenced.
The group will appear at Preston Crown Court having been convicted of assaults on police officers in Cavendish Street.
The incident happened on November 10.
The defendants, who are all from Barrow, were charged with threatening unlawful violence.
They are Jodie Ann Hartlebury, 32, of Urswick Green, and Lisa Marie Hartlebury, 36, of York Street, Sean Clark, 32, of Sutherland Street, and Christopher Booth, 30, of Hare Ghyll
In an initial appearance at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court the defendants offered no plea to the charges.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case due to its legal complexity and sent it to the crown court.
The group will be sentenced in a hearing on Monday.
