South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow
A MAN who was accused of assault has been found not guilty.
Matthew David Coulton was alleged to have assaulted a woman in Barrow on November 21.
The 47-year-old defendant had denied the offence.
And following a trial Mr Coulton, of South View in Barrow was found not guilty.
The not guilty verdict was handed down at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
