“We have got folks asking about what we are producing, and we’ve been able to sell almost all of our ice cream in February, which has got to be a good thing.

“We started making butter, and soon will be able to branch out in yoghurt.

“I saw a post on Facebook asking what kind of new or diverse services were being set up in Cumbria so I sent them a message explaining how we make our own products, one thing led to another and they asked if they could come out and visit us to see what we did.

“A producer came out to see us. They said they really liked what they saw and would put it to their directors to see if they’d like us to be on the show.

“They got in touch later and told us it would likely be late March when the episode is aired but they are interested in trying our butter live on air."
