THE organisers behind the successful North West Family Business Awards, The Family Business Network are hosting a virtual celebratory evening to relive some of the magic from NWFBA2020.
The event will be hosted by Lancashire-born food writer and broadcaster, Nigel Barden along with Co-Directors of The Family Business Network, Sue Howorth and Dave Clarkson.
Nigel also hosted the glittering inaugural North West Family Business Awards last March, held under the wings of Concorde at Manchester Airport.
Dave Clarkson, of The Family Business Network, said: “’One More Time’ will be an evening of online celebration, reunions, storytelling, catching up with friends and maybe even some dancing!”
During the evening, guests will be treated to music from fiddle player Richard Sanderson, who famously entertained the audience at the NWFBA in 2020.
“Whilst the evening will be the perfect chance to recap some of the highlights from last year’s Awards, it will be more than that”, explains Sue Howorth of The Family Business Network.
“We wanted to bring the North West family business community and its supporters back together in a more personal way.”
A date for the 2021 North West Family Business Awards has not yet been announced due to the pandemic, however the organisers have said the next Awards will be held live rather than an online format.
In the meantime, those interested in applying for NWFBA2021 can register their interest via the website so that when the time comes, they can be informed of all the details.
