A MILLOM man is due to appear in court tomorrow for alleged dangerous dog offences.
Stephen Cummings, 37, of Smithy Wood Farm in Waberthwaite has been accused of four separate charges relating to Lurchers (breed of dog) named Boss, Fury, Chaos, and Caeser dating back to April 5, 2020.
He has been accused of being in charge of all four lurchers which were allegedly dangerously out of control in Field near Langley farm Park, Waberthwaite and whilst so out of control injured complainant Kate Nicholas and her three dogs, Dash, Ice and Zoom.
This case was adjourned for the trial at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on November 3, 2020 where Cummings pleaded not guilty.
He is due to appear at court tomorrow morning for the trial.
