A MAN has been convicted of fraud after he failed to complete plastering work.
Jonathan Hillier admitted that he failed to complete work as described having taken a payment of £375.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard he committed the offence between July 6 and 10.
The 33-year-old, of Croft Close in Millom, was ordered to repay the money he took in compensation by the court.
