A CHRISTMAS classic will be showing on even more dates this December after a huge demand for tickets at an Ulverston cinema.
Described my cinema management as 'the principal event in The Roxy's calender', the festive favourite It's a Wonderful Life will now have five screenings.
The 1946 film follows the tale of George Bailey and his guardian angel Clarence who shows the suicidal George what his town would look like if it wasn't for all of his good deeds over the years.
It's a Wonderful Life will show on December 22 at 7.30pm, December 23 at 4.15pm and 7.30pm, and December 24 at 11am and 2.30pm.
The film is rated U.
