Cases of Covid-19 in Cumbria have increased by 20 in the last 24 hours.
Official figures from Public Health England show that 7,222 people in Cumbria tested positive for coronavirus by 9am on Tuesday, an increase on 7,202 the same time on Monday.
The weekly rate of cases in Barrow is 23. The rate of infection in Cumbria stands at 1,444 cases per 100,000 people which is still far lower than the England average of 1,621.
The number of recorded cases across the UK increased by 20,018 over the period, to 1,073,882.
