COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates' in Barrow
A TRIAL date has been set for a man accused of causing criminal damage and assault.
Andrea Gavioli, 44, of Mount Pleasant, Barrow, pleaded not guilty to both charges which date back to June 10. Mr Gavioli was given bail until the hearing at Barrow Magistrates’ Court on December 7 on the condition that he does not contact the witnesses or enter Hart Street in Ulverston.
